S2 Ep#8: why its important to be Grateful in Life

It’s Thanks Giving week and there’s no better day than this week to portray the significance of saying thank you to everything or everyone around us. And, especially during the times, we live in today, Gratitude is the most simplest yet powerful way to acknowledge what we have got or be appreciative of other person’s values and humanity. Research also shows that people who are grateful have better heart conditions and also have more disease-fighting conditions on their body. 

In this episode, today, I’m going to tell the reasons why it is more than appropriate to say Thank You to all the people including your friends, family, teachers, or colleagues who have helped you some way or the other.
